Ponce City Market has announced the first batch of restaurants that will open in its Central Food Hall. According to a report from Atlanta magazine, Chef Anne Quatrano will open Dub’s Fish Camp, while Chef Linton Hopkins will open H&F Burger. Also announced were Jia (from the creators of Tasty China), Honeysuckle Gelato and Simply Seoul Kitchen. The restaurants will begin opening late this year.
Michael Phillips, COO of Ponce City Market developer Jamestown Properties, said some retail and residential will open in the autumn, while spring 2015 will see a more grand opening for the former Sears & Roebuck/City Hill East building in the Old Fourth Ward.
