Skyland Trail, a nonprofit mental health organization based in Atlanta, will host Arts in the Garden on Friday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at the Skyland Trail Charles B. West Campus in Atlanta.
This free community event honors Mental Health Month by celebrating creativity, connection, and recovery, according to a release from the organization.

“Arts in the Garden highlights the artistic talents of Skyland Trail clients and alumni alongside local artists and community partners,” the release said.
Guests are invited to explore the artist market, shop the annual plant sale featuring greenery grown through horticultural therapy, enjoy live performances, and participate in hands-on activities for all ages.
“At Skyland Trail, we believe recovery is possible,” the release said. “Arts in the Garden reflects that belief by creating space for individuals living with mental illness to share their strengths, express themselves through art, and connect with the broader community in a welcoming and supportive environment.”
The event is free and open to the public. Learn more information and how to get involved here.
