Craft Izakaya will have 2,000-square-feet of space at KSM facing Krog Street. Executive Chef Jey Oh’s menu will feature a menu of Japanese fusion and sushi paired with cocktails, local beers, wine and saki. “We believe there is a high demand for a good Japanese restaurant in this area and we are excited to bring that to Krog Street Market,” Oh said. “We are certain this will become a place for regular visits.”

The 800-square-foot fish market stall from Thom Duncan and Jeff McGhee will feature a”grab ‘n go” component complemented by a sit down counter dining experience. The concept name and chef will be announced soon.

KSM restaurants and shops will begin opening this summer and more tenant announcements are expected soon.
