Registered voters in Fulton County should look for new precinct cards to arrive in their mail boxes in the next several days, according to a release sent to local media. New cards started going out today, April 21,  to inform registered voters of their district and polling location in time for the May 20 primary election.

“As provided by state law, we are sending updated precinct cards to every registered voter in the county to reflect redistricting of Fulton County commission districts,” said Richard Barron, Director of Fulton County Registration & Elections. “Voters should look for their cards in the mail this week. If they do not receive them we ask them to contact our office.”

Residents are urged to pay close attention to the assigned district and polling location. “It is possible that residents’ polling places may change due to redistricting,” Barron said. “We have placed District and Poll Locator maps on our website to help residents identify where they have to go to vote on May 20th.”
