The Residence Buckhead Atlanta is now pre-leasing the 370 high-rise luxury apartment homes located at the Buckhead Atlanta project. The two 20-story towers rise more than 200 feet and feature floor plans ranging from 692-square-foot studios to 1,997-square-foot, three-bedroom penthouses. Features include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that give way to dramatic views and spacious balconies.
The Residence Buckhead Atlanta will offer secure access and a full-service concierge staff  to residents, from arranging dry cleaning, dinner reservations or take-in, to securing limousines or event tickets and wake-up calls. The facility amenities include an eighth-floor pool and sun deck and a community clubhouse called The Mansion with a fitness room, movie theater and club room with a kitchen.
The first residents will begin moving into The Residence Buckhead Atlanta this fall. The temporary leasing office, located at 265 Buckhead Avenue, is now open and there’s also a new website at TheResidenceBuckhead.com.
