Apartments are now being build to surround the hide the interior parking structure at Inman Quarter.
Apartments will surround and hide the interior parking structure at Inman Quarter.

The Inman Park mixed-use development formerly known as 280 Elizabeth Street now has an official name – Inman Quarter. And since the development is actually oriented toward North Highland, there’s also a new address, 299 North Highland Ave.
When complete this fall, there will be 167,000 square feet of multi-family and 38,957 square feet of retail space, mixed evenly between retail shops and restaurants. There will be 200 apartments in the complex, ranging from studios to two bedroom townhouse-style apartments, which will face a lake and greenspace at the property’s center.
Already signed to open at Inman Quarter are an outpost of MF Sushi, a new concept by the owners of Barcelona Wine Bar called Bartaco, a Bill Hallman clothing store and a to-be-named restaurant from Chef Ford Fry. You can see more at the project’s website at inmanquarter.com.
