The Atlanta Police Department have posted the video of the SUV that struck Atlanta Time Machine creator Greg Germani as he rode his bike through Morningside on June 9. Police believe the SUV is a red Dodge Nitro and the driver is described as an African American male in his 20s.

According to the police report, witnesses said Germani was riding his bike on Montgomery Ferry Road and was almost hit by the SUV turning onto the road from Flagler Avenue. Germani argued with the SUV driver, who then chased Germani down Flagler Avenue. No one saw the SUV hit Germani, but he was found moments later under a car parked on the curb and the red SUV was speeding away, making a right turn on to Rock Springs Road toward Piedmont.

Germani was rushed to Grady Hospital with head trauma and remains in critical condition.
