Craft Izakaya, sister restaurant to Sushi Huku, will open at Krog Street Market on Aug. 19, according to a post at Eater Atlanta. The is second opening for the Inman Park-based development, coming on the heels of Eli Kirshtein’s French-American brasserie The Luminary. Craft Izakaya will offer “elevated sushi with developed presentations.”
Castellucci Hospitality Group’s latest concept, Cooks & Soldiers, will open on the ground floor of the Elan Westside apartment building this fall. Drawing inspiration from the Basque regions of Spain and France, the restaurant will offer guests a modern approach to the rustic cooking style of southwestern Europe.
