Federal authorities have served DeKalb County with a wide-ranging subpoena for vendor payment records, ajc.com has reported.

Ajc.com calls the subpoena “a clear sign that a corruption investigation won’t end with the guilty plea by disgraced ex-Commissioner Elaine Boyer.”
