The first round of shops and restaurants have opened at last in the Buckhead Development. Development firm OliverMcMillan welcomed eager residents, media and city officials at an opening ceremony this morning. Shops opened today: Brunello Cucinelli, Canali, diptyque, Hermès, L’Occitane, Moncler, Scoop NYC, theory and Warby Parker. I just came from there. It’s like some rodeo drive type stuff. Really makes buckhead seem like buckhead. It’s not the disappointment that Atlantic station was. Not that many stores open but it’s going to be very very nice. I suggest going in a month when most stores and restaurants will be open.
