An argument between two men led to a pre-dawn stabbing this morning at the North Avenue MARTA station in Midtown. According to the AJC, the injured man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and the suspect, who left the area, was arrested a short time later. MARTA service was not disrupted because of the incident.

HowStuffWorks.com has been announced as a new tenant at Ponce City Market, according to a report in the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The company, which provides informational articles, podcasts and videos and nearly every topic under the sun, will take up 10,000 square-feet in the development.

Curbed Atlanta has an update on the potential redevelopment of the Turner Field site once the Braves move to their new Cobb County home in 2017. A proposal by Georgia State University and Carter development to repurpose the site into a mixed-use development that would include a new football stadium for the college, housing, retail and more has hit a snag because The Ted site and its surrounding property isn’t for sale yet. The Braves have yet to announce when they will vacate the site and end their lease.
