Following up on the highly successful inaugural event on the Atlanta BeltLine in July, the Atlanta Architecture and Design Center (ADC) in conjunction with the Atlanta Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (Atlanta AIA) will host its second Dining + Design event featuring the Downtown Decatur restaurant scene, on Nov. 11 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Guests will be treated to a walk in Decatur led by Lyn Menne of the City of Decatur with stops at Kimball House, Paper Plane, and No. 246. There will be drinks, food, and discussions with the restaurateurs and designers of the three restaurants.
The tour will begin with oysters and champagne at Kimball House and a discussion with owner Bryan Rackley and designer John Benich of Square Feet Studio. The second stop will be at Paper Plane for cocktails, bites and discussion with owner/designer Ian Jones. Finally, the evening will conclude with a desert and night cap at Ford Fry’s No. 246.
Tickets are limited to a total of 30 and are available for $50 per person at this link.
