CallanwoldeArtsFestival_LogoHere’s one festival the weather can’t put a damper on: this weekend’s indoor Callanwolde Arts Festival. The art center has teamed up with the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces for the second annual event, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The festival features nearly 100 painters, photographers, sculptors, metalwork, glass artists, jewelers and more. There will also be artist demonstrations, live acoustic music, food trucks with healthy alternatives, and live music and dance performances. Admission is $5 and proceeds will benefit the Cancer Financial Assistance Coalition (CFAC).

Art lovers are also invited to take advantage of the ticketed V.I.P. Preview Sales Party tonight, Jan. 23, from 6 to 9 p.m.

For tickets and more information, visit callanwolde.org. The art center is located at 980 Briarcliff Road.
