DeKalb County’s Interim CEO proposes building a new county governmental center in south DeKalb, according to ajc.com.
Interim CEO Lee May proposes the offices of county government be moved from downtown Decatur to a location near Memorial Drive and I-285, the website reports.
“This vision is about giving attention to a part of the county that has been neglected for decades,” May said.
