Sandy Springs City Hall will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb 26, due to the weather, the city’s spokeswoman said in an email. The arraignment session scheduled for Thursday morning in Municipal Court has been canceled.  Planned bench trials will proceed as scheduled, beginning at 2 p.m.
