Our photographer Phil Mosier stopped by the Freedom Barkway off-leash dog park for its official opening on Saturday, March 21. Located on state-donated land at the corner of Freedom Parkway and Boulevard in the Old Fourth Ward, the gated greenspace has space for large and small dogs to romp and socialize.
