Sandy Springs City Council will consider Tuesday, April 21, whether to approve mixed-use zoning for two large pieces of land on Roswell Road.
The proposed developments at 6125 Roswell Road and 6075 and 6077 Roswell Road could redevelop a significant portion of the land east of Roswell Road and south of Hildebrand Drive near the site of the planned City Center.
