Thousands of music lovers will descend on Central Park in the Old Fourth Ward this weekend for the Shaky Knees Festival, which kicks off at noon today. Three-day passes ($215) and single day tickets ($99) are still available at shakykneesfestival.com.

Some of the big names playing the festival include The Strokes, The Avett Brothers, Pixies, Wilco, Ryan Adams, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Neutral Milk Hotel, Interpol, James Blake, Kaiser Chiefs, Spiritualized and many more.

There are also a few tickets left to some of the “late night shows” that will be happening at venues around the city this weekend. Check the Shaky Knees website for details.
