Atlanta Police have arrested Allan Dumas, 24,  for the murder of Maurice Cosby at Underground Atlanta yesterday, June 4.

From the police report: On June 4 at approximately 5:30 p.m., APD Zone 5 and MARTA PD officers responded to a person shot call at Underground. The victim was transported to Grady Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The preliminary investigation revealed the victim and suspect were engaged in a dispute that led to the shooting.

According to police, Cosby ran through the tunnel that connects Underground to the Five Points MARTA station and onto Peachtree Street where he collapsed.

The investigation is ongoing.
