Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s domestic terminal will soon get some serious upgrades, according to a report in the AJC. The $430 million modernization will introduce more light into the terminal and concourses similar to that of the new international terminal.
Atlanta police are investigating a third home invasion robbery that happened over the weekend in Buckhead, according to CBS46. The latest case happened at about midnight on Saturday, June 20, at a home on Blackland Road. According to Atlanta police, two men wearing masks held a man and woman at gunpoint. They ransacked the home, police said, stealing jewelry, money, credit cards and a cellular phone. The couple did not report any injuries.
JLB Partners has filed permits with the City of Atlanta to build a 268-unit apartment building at the corner of Ralph McGill Boulevard and Glen Iris Drive, according to Bisnow. For visual reference, the property sits atop a small rise next door to uniform provider Aramark and the under-construction John Wieland Homes townhome project in the Old Fourth Ward.
