The Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce has announced it is changing its name to the Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber.
It also is moving to offices at 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 225, Dunwoody, the chamber said in a statement released today.
“The new brand aims to broaden the organization’s dedication to the success of businesses in the Dunwoody area by promoting economic development, education, leadership and advocacy,” the chamber said in its statement.
The chamber is comprised of approximately 325 members of all sizes, industries, and locations primarily in Dunwoody but throughout the region, the chamber said.
“We strive daily to create more value for our members by promoting their businesses through the Chamber’s marketing channels, creating fresh programming and opportunities for engagement, and partnering with our members to accelerate our community forward,” president & CEO Stephanie Snodgrass said in the release.
An official launch date and unveiling of the chamber’s new brand will be announced soon, the organization said.
“The rebranding reflects a fresh approach to the needs of the business community in Dunwoody,” board chairman Brent Morris said in the release. “We want our brand to reflect the broader economic trade area for the businesses in this region and to drive further investment for the benefit of our membership.”
