Miami-based The Related Group has officially announced plans to build a luxury high rise apartment building in the heart of Midtown, featuring a 70,000 square-foot multi-level flagship Whole Foods Market.
The 38-story tower will sit at the corner of 14th and West Peachtree streets and feature 390 apartments. Residents will have direct lobby access to Whole Foods and other planned retail on the site.
Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart is the project architect and Atlanta designer Michael Habachy will create the interiors, including a rooftop clubroom, state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen, South Beach-themed 10th floor pool and more. Atlanta-based Phillips Partnership will design the Whole Foods Market.
Some of unique features for this Whole Foods would include a brew pub, cooking school, green walls, and two outdoor patio spaces.

I LOVE this! Midtown ATL architecture has been hit with a streak of blandness these past 10 years. So glad it’s getting a some Miami archictecture influence. And Michael Habachy is the perfect guy for its interior design. This is gonna be quite a looker.
