A Dunwoody man has been sentenced to one year and nine months in federal prison for impersonating an armed Drug Enforcement Administration agent after having previously been convicted of a felony, AJC reports.
Daniel Harbison was arrested April 3 at about 9:30 p.m. by Doraville police at his Dunwoody Glen Apartments home. Earlier in the day, Harbison had pulled over an off-duty Doraville police officer using green and white flashing lights. When the Doraville officer told Harbison he called police, Harbison drove off.
