Sandy Springs police charged a Duluth man in a crash involving two tractor-trailers on I-285 and Ga. 400 on Monday.
Howard Silverstein, 64, failed to maintain his lane and drifted into the right lane, striking the left front of the Publix tractor-trailer that then went over the concrete barrier along with another vehicle, according to the crash report.
