A security guard was shot to death this morning at the 200 Tower Place office building, and a fellow guard is charged with the killing, ajc.com reports.
The guard who was killed is identified as Emmanuel C. Nwankwo, 23, of Riverdale. Dexter Harper, 26, reportedly is charged with murder in the shooting.
