Complimentary dogwood seedlings and vegetable flower seed packets will be available to residents recycling Christmas Trees while supplies last. Residents can also request free mulch from The Davey Tree Company but must be able to accept a full truck load. Standard load sizes are 15-20 cubic yards. To request mulch, call (770) 451-7911.

The City of Decatur will also host Christmas tree recycling starting on Monday, Dec. 28. Residents should drop off their trees in the Agnes Scott College parking lot between 184 and 206 S. Candler Street (Please do not leave trees anywhere else on the Agnes Scott campus). The drop off period runs from Dec. 28 to Jan. 9.
