Web.com, a provider of Internet serves and online marketing solutions, will relocate its Atlanta offices to Peachtree Center in Downtown. The company, which will move in this March, has signed a five-year lease for 10,000-square-feet in the mixed-use property.
“We are thrilled to be a part of the growing technology scene happening in the heart of the city,” said David Brown, chairman, chief executive officer and president of Web.com in a media statement. “Peachtree Center is viewed as one of the most attractive locations for innovative technology companies—we were drawn to it due to its proximity to transit via the on-site MARTA station, and abundant choice of amenities.”
Other top companies recently signed leases at Peachtree Center, including Urban Land Institute Atlanta, Fifth Group Restaurants and Behavioral Health Link, among others.
JLL represented Banyan Street Capital, the owner of Peachtree Center, in the transaction, and Web.com was represented by Mohr Partners.

Just a correction – Web.com is not moving its headquarters (located in Jacksonville, FL) but it is relocating its Atlanta offices to the Peachtree Center.
Thanks for the correction. The information provided to us by the city distinctly said headquarters, which is why we used that word.
