“Every dollar DeKalb County receives comes from, and belongs to, the taxpayers of DeKalb County. It is important to me that DeKalb County taxpayers have the opportunity to offer input into the budget development process. I want to hear directly from you about your priorities. Our budget demonstrates what we value,” Jester said in the announcement.

She scheduled meetings on Feb. 2 at the Maloof Center, 1300 Commerce Drive in Decatur; on Feb. 9 at All Saints Catholic Church, 2443 Mt Vernon Road in Dunwoody; and on Feb. 23 at the Reid H. Cofer Library, 5234 LaVista Road in Tucker. The meetings are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
