2016-0102-auction-1The ART PAPERS 17th Annual Art Auction is set for Feb. 27 at BoBo Intriguing Objects, 1235 Chattahoochee Ave. The VIP Preview will run from 6 to 8 p.m., while the auction and party is from 8 to 11 p.m. The event is billed as the city’s largest contemporary art auction.

For 2016, the auction is mobile bidding mobile bidding, allowing for more time to peruse the artwork and enjoy the party. ART PAPERS has invited more than 200 renowned and emerging artists from Atlanta and around the world to exhibit their work for 1,200 onsite bidders.

The evening kicks off with the VIP Preview where guests will enjoy catered hors d’oeuvres, open bar cocktails and live music. While making your bids for the collection-worthy art, some of Atlanta’s top chefs will be offering tasty bites while DJs and surprise entertainment pay homage to ART PAPERS inception in the 1970s.
