Windsor Parkway at Jolyn Place in Sandy Springs reopened March 12, nearly two months after a stormwater project threatened to undermine the roadway, according city spokeswoman Sharon Kraun.
The city hired a new contractor to conduct emergency repairs on Feb. 22 and estimated that the work could take months. But the contractor was able to complete the repairs ahead of that schedule, according to Kraun.
