Atlanta City Council members Mary Norwood and Felicia Moore have launched a public survey to determine the level of support for posting city expenditures online, according to the city.
Some cities post expenditures on the internet so residents can see where city money goes and several Atlanta council members have proposed legislation to implement a similar system of financialtransparency.
Responses to the survey are confidential.
