The architectural firm behind a proposed 21-story 2965 Peachtree Residential Tower revealed renderings this week of the massive 510,700 square-foot project now named “The Sutton.”
Reese Vanderbilt Associates posted the renderings of the $60 million multi-family tower on its website. The development includes 141 “luxury” two and three bedroom residences. Sizes of the units range from 1,600 to 2,000 square feet.
The tower is going up in the former location of Grand China, a Buckhead restaurant that was located on the spot for nearly 40 years.
