Paces Properties has announced that Taqueria del Sol and Ramen Station will be part of its Larkin on Memorial project across from Oakland Cemetery in Grant Park. The restaurants join the recently announced Grant Park Market as the first tenants for the 63,000-square-foot adaptive reuse re-development project slated to open next summer.
Taqueria del Sol’s new outpost will be its fourth in the city offering up its straightforward menu of Mexican cuisine, while Ramen Station is coming from restaurateur partners Michael Lo and George Yu, the team behind Makan Restaurant & Bar in Decatur and the forthcoming Suzy Siu’s Baos in Krog Street Market. The 1,700 square foot space will offer ramen bowls with artisan noodles from Sun Noodle, steamed buns, seasonal appetizers and a craft bar beverage program.
