Fulton County Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr. was arrested Sept. 16 on a misdemeanor charge of battery-family violence, according to an ajc.com report.
Arrington represents the commission’s District 5, which includes the East Atlanta, East Point and College Park areas of southern Fulton County.
