The 2016 A3C Festival and Conference returns Oct. 5-9 with a staggering  array of hip-hop artists performing throughout the weekend. There will be 1,000+ performers and more than 75 shows at venues across the Old Fourth Ward, Little Five Points and East Atlanta Village.
