The Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce has named a new business development director.

Si Morris has taken the role, according to a press release. Morris previously worked at the Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber of Commerce.

“Si brings with her years of marketing experience, specifically working with the Chamber of Commerce,” reads the release. “Her excellent communication skills help chamber members utilize their membership to promote their businesses, partner with other businesses, and generate more revenue.”

Alan Goodman, president of the Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce, said that Morris has already shown she’s willing to go above and beyond in the role.

“I’ve known her for over a year, and she’s done a fantastic job at Sandy Springs,” Goodman said. “She always does more than what her responsibilities call for. She’s just been with us for a couple of weeks, and already she’s getting involved in Chamber events that she’s not required to. That’s just the type of person she is.”
