A developer has broken ground on a new mixed-use project in Brookhaven.
Developer Terwilliger Pappas has announced that construction has started on Solis Dresden Village, a future mixed-use development including 183 residential units and walkable street retail, according to a press release.
The property will include 176 residential flats and seven townhomes. Terwilliger Pappas also announced that they are partnering with CONNOLLY, an Atlanta-based real estate developer, to build 30,000 square feet of retail space in addition to the residential units. The development is located walking distance from Brookhaven MARTA Station.
Terwilliger Pappas has other apartment communities in Atlanta, Chamblee, Suwanee, Gainesville and Kennesaw, according to its website, and is constructing developments in Cumming, Duluth and Gwinnett.
“Our newest property, Solis Dresden Village, will provide residents the full roster of amenities
found in all of our Solis communities including a landscaped roof deck, estate-style pool, wine
tasting room, pet spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, coworking spaces and private meditation room,” said Alan Dean, regional CEO of Terwilliger Pappas, in the release. “We are pleased to expand into Brookhaven, weaving seamlessly into the Dresden Village corridor and adding to the authentic fabric of the neighborhood.”
The development is expected to open in mid-2024.
