Atlas will hold two fine dining events in November.

The restaurant, located at the St. Regis Atlanta, will continue its Four Hands Collaborative Dinner series and start a new dining experience called Atlas Away, according to a press release. Both dinners will feature cuisine from Atlas’ Executive Chef Freddy Money along with Michelin Star Guest Chef Nicolai Tram, from a restaurant called Knystaforsen in Sweden.

“I am thrilled for the opportunity to work alongside Chef Tram,” Money said in the release. “Working together, collaborating on food and shared experiences, will no doubt produce a dining experience unlike any other, and I’m excited for the opportunity to share that with guests.”

The Four Hands Collaborative Dinner, which traditionally features Money and visiting chefs from around the world, will be held on Nov. 16-18 from 5-10 p.m. On each night, guests will sample a menu that highlights flavors from Sweden’s forests. Tickets cost $250 per person, and can be purchased online

The inaugural Atlas Away dinner will be held on Nov. 19 at CERES, an upcoming culinary community that will launch in Chattahoochee Hills, located at 8780 Atlanta Newnan Road in Palmetto, according to a press release. Guests will enjoy their meal against a wooded backdrop with a meal that pays homage to Tram’s restaurant in Sweden. The dinner will take place from 3-7 p.m. and cost $460 per person. Tickets can be purchased online.
