Town at Trilith’s annual food festival is back in Fayetteville, and this year it’s bringing more restaurants, more entertainment, and a charitable twist to the event.
The Taste of Trilith takes place on May 29, from 5 to 10 p.m., featuring food from 11 local restaurants, live music and dancing, and a fireworks show over Trilith Lake at 9:30 p.m. Proceeds will benefit Alō Farms Foundation, a nonprofit focused on food access for families facing food insecurity.

Restaurant lineup
The restaurant lineup ranges from casual to upscale restaurants. Look for tastings from CT Cantina and Taqueria, Enzo Steakhouse, Barleygarden, Amici Italian Cafe, Nourish and Bloom, Scholar and Scribe, Greystone Local Eatery, Woodstone Bakery and Cafe, Honeysuckle Gelato, Prologue, and Fairway Social.
Tasting tickets are sold in bundles of six for $20. General admission is $10 at the door.
For guests who want a more curated experience, a VIP package is available for $150 per person. It includes VIP parking, lounge seating, elevated food offerings, three drink tickets, and six tasting tickets.
About the festival
The festival debuted last year and drew enough interest to justify an expanded lineup in 2026. Elizabeth Moghal, event manager for the Town at Trilith, said the growth reflects both demand and ambition.
“Taste of Trilith has quickly become a cornerstone event for our community,” Moghal said. “This year, we’re building on that momentum with more culinary partners, more entertainment and more opportunities for guests to discover everything that makes Trilith a dynamic place to gather, dine and connect.”
In addition to food, the evening will include local artisan vendors and performances throughout Town Centre, before the lakeside fireworks close out the night.
Paid parking will be available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional paid options nearby.
