This Lunar Year, the Hsu family has a special Char Siu sauce recipe you won’t want to miss.
This is a family recipe from Sweet Auburn BBQ owners Anita and Howard Hsu, as well as their brother, Ron Hsu, who owns Lazy Betty and Humble Pie. This Lunar New Year, you can celebrate at Sweet Auburn BBQ with their Lunar Lovin’ Brunch Pop Up on Feb. 11. Sweet Auburn will be collaborating with Chef Vivian of Leftie Lee’s and featuring Sweet Auburn BBQ’s slow smoked pork tossed in Char Siu sauce, bundled up in a steamed Bao alongside other staple brunch favorites.
