Audubon, an Atlanta-based real estate investment management firm, announced the hiring of its new senior managing director of Investor Relations this week.

Stepping into the role is Chris Zollo, a veteran professional that sports more than 25 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising and client services.

Prior to Audubon, Zollo previously served as a leader for several distribution teams, as well as worked for a number of real estate firms, including Heitman and Harrison Street, to name a few.

“I’m very excited to build on Audubon’s successful track record and the firm’s proven ability to execute within rental housing, especially the build-to-rent/single-family-rental segment,” said Zollo.

Praising the hiring is Myles Cunnigham, partner and chief information officer of Audubon, who said that Zollo’s expertise will make for a perfect fit with the firm.

“Chris has a profound knowledge of the real estate investment management industry and a remarkable business sense that will enhance our internal collaboration as well as strengthen the relationships with both our current and future clients.”

Audubon, which has been managing rental housing in southeast Atlanta for 20 years, said that Zollo’s appointment aligns with the company’s goal of “providing excellent investment opportunities and superior client service.”

“Our mission and goals are to enhance the lifestyles of our employees, residents and investors,” said Andrew Schwarz, chief executive officer of Audubon. “Chris’s addition will help us achieve this and expand our impact.”
