Homicide investigators with the Atlanta Police Department are looking for a witness to a Feb. 25 homicide near the Georgia State University campus.

Javare Shakir-Fulford, 21, was shot to death near the RaceTrac convenience store at 120 Piedmont Ave. RaceTrac permanently closed the location after a series of shootings over the past year.

Investigators previously released surveillance video from inside the store showing a potential suspect and witness. The video above focuses on the witness to the crime, while the suspect wearing a red hoodie is shown in the video below.

Anyone who may be able to identify these individuals should contact Atlanta Police Department’s Homicide Unit directly at (404) 546-4235. Persons do not have to give their name or any identifying information to be eligible for the reward of up to $2,000.
