Owned by Udi Hershkovitz, SabaRaba’s has been serving delicious Mediterranean food in Sandy Springs since 2022. A new location recently opened up in Chamblee, and SabaRaba’s will be celebrating that new location with a grand opening event on July 20 from noon to 2 p.m.

SabaRaba Tabouli Salad Recipe (serves 4-6):

Ingredients:

Tabouli Salad

  • 4 oz tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz cucumbers, diced
  • 1 oz red onion, diced
  • 4 oz cooked bulgur wheat (cook according to package directions)
  • 1 TBSP chopped Cilantro
  • 1 TBSP chopped parsley

Dressing:

  • 1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix dressing in bowl.
  2. Mix veggies, bulgar, and herbs in bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over mixture. Stir well. Serve cold.
