Atlanta Police homicide investigators continue to search for a suspect in the murder of restaurateur Chad Dillon on Tuesday.

Dillon, 33, was found just before 4 p.m. on July 23 fatally wounded on John Wesley Dobbs Avenue in Old Fourth Ward at the location of new restaurant he was planning to open.

Dillion was the owner of The Boiler, a popular Cajun-style seafood restaurant in Buckhead, and co-owner with rapper Lil Baby of The Seafood Menu in southwest Atlanta.

According to reports, Dillion was scouting for a new restaurant location in the neighborhood. Despite life-saving efforts on the scene, Dillon succumbed to his injuries at Gray Hospital, according to the police report.

Investigators told WSB-TV that the murder appeared to be a targeted incident. Police said they were reviewing surveillance footage from the area looking for the suspect or suspects.
