If you’re looking for a hearty side dish to feed your family, this potato salad from Le Bon Nosh fits the bill.

Le Bon Nosh comes from the mind of founder/chef Forough Vakili, a former chemical engineer who opened up the Buckhead restaurant in 2021. The name translates to “the good bite” – and you’ll get more than a few of those from this delicious dish.
