Le Bon Nosh Potato Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb potato
- 3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1/4 cup Le Bon Nosh Champagne Vinaigrette ($10)
- 4 pieces of crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped chervil or parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook potatoes in boiling water until they are fork-tender.
- While the potatoes are still hot, cut them up to 1-inch chunky pieces.
- Mix in the celery, shallot and chervil or parsley.
- Pour the Le Bon Nosh Champagne Vinaigrette over the combined ingredients and mix.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with bacon and a pinch of chervil or parsley.
- Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
