Flooding has occurred in Brookhaven, mostly on secondary streets and in low lying areas. We are assessing damage this morning and as the city is made aware of problems. We encourage residents to report emergencies to 911 and city issues through Brookhaven Connect,” said Burke Brennan, Brookhaven Director of Communications.

As of 2:40 p.m. businesses on Dresden were coming back on line. The Beer Growler, Brookhaven Wines, and Savi Market were open for business.

The city of Brookhaven recorded this video of the Peachtree Creek Greenway. Trails are flooded. Stay home, the city recommends.
