A new hospitality living concept, called Scout Living, has officially opened its doors at Atlanta mixed-use development Ponce City Market

The concept boasts a flexible approach to living, with 405 fully furnished one- and two-bedroom units available for stays ranging from a single night to several months and beyond.

According to a release, Scout Living is designed specifically for modern consumers “who want greater flexibility in how they live, work, and travel,” including “digital nomads, film crews, medical professionals and consultants on assignment in Atlanta, vacationers and more.”

Each unit features a minimalist design with a fully-equipped kitchen, separate living and sleeping areas, in-unit laundry and housekeeping services.

Additionally, guests have access to hotel-style amenities, including a rooftop pool, wellness studio, along with reservable spaces for social gatherings.

The development utilizes a tech-forward approach for its guest offerings, including virtual check-ins, keyless locks, 24/7 access to building and tech support, as well as access to food delivery, services and goods at the “touch of a button.”

The building with which Scout Living resides features 12,000 square feet of retail space and is also located steps away from numerous dining and shopping establishments, wellness studios and more.

Scout Living was designed by Jamestown, a real estate company whose resume includes such projects as Chelsea Market in New York, Industry City in Brooklyn, Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco and the aforementioned Ponce City Market in Atlanta.
