The Sandy Springs Police Department wants the public’s help in locating a man who is wanted in connection with a home invasion off Powers Ferry Road.
According to a Sandy Springs Police Department news release, Curtis Anthony Smith is wanted for rape, home invasion, aggravated assault, aggravated stalking, and other felonious charges.
A Sandy Springs Police Department spokesperson said the incident was reported at 11 p.m. on Jan. 13 off Powers Ferry Road in the southwest portion of the city. Police say the victim knew the suspect.
The news release said Smith should be considered armed, dangerous, and a flight risk. No other information was provided.
If encountered, community members are advised not to approach the suspect. Contact 911 immediately to report his whereabouts to law enforcement officials.
