The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, submitted to the
U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, provides a yearly accounting of
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships
(HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds allocated towards the
implementation of the goals and objectives outlined in the County’s Five-Year
Consolidated Plan (Con Plan). This report will be submitted to the U.S. Department
of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) on or before March 30, 2025.

A 15-day public comment period commences Wednesday, February 19, 2025 and will
