
If you can’t make it to New Orleans, Little Five Points is the place to be for a Fat Tuesday celebration on March 4 featuring the Seed & Feed Abominable Marching Band.
The event kicks off at 7 p.m., and the band will be marching down Euclid Avenue with a twist of Mardi Gras magic. The event will be dedicated to the memory of Little Five community member Angela Carrington, who had a deep passion for music, the arts, and the L5P neighborhood.
Event Highlights:
Seed & Feed Abominable Marching Band: Known for their high-energy performances, this iconic brass band will lead the parade with jazz, funk, and classic Mardi Gras tunes.
Parade Route: Marching down Euclid Avenue sidewalks with dancers, and plenty of beads to go around.
Community Celebration: Gather with friends and neighbors for a night of fun, food, and music at local bars, restaurants, and stores.
Time: Parade kicks off at 7 p.m. from L5P Community Center. First stop is in front of Elmyr.
The evening is being hosted by the Little 5 Ponts Business Association.
